Become a Volunteer

If you have any questions about volunteering or special requests about how you wish to serve, please call or text Patti Samson at 715-851-8300 or Pastor at 217-369-8357. We hope to receive donations that will cover the expense of t-shirts for the children but if we don't receive enough to cover the expense for children and volunteers, we would ask that you donate $5 to cover the cost of your shirt. We will let you know.

St. Jakobi has a policy that all adult volunteers working with children must undergo a background check. We will give that form to you fill out in the future. You will return the form to Pastor. You can give it to him in person or email it to him at pastor@stjakobi.org.

Medical Release: I give my permission for the VBS staff to administer basic first aid to me in the event of an injury. I understand that the VBS staff will contact emergency services in the event of a significant injury and all expenses for such emergency services will be paid by me.
